About Reservations

When are cancellation fees charged?
14 days prior to your stay: 30%, 7 days prior to your stay: 50%, 2 days prior to your stay: 80%, 1 day prior to your stay or the day of your stay: 100%. In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or heavy snowfall, no cancellation fee will be charged if the facility is unable to operate.
What payment methods are available?
Only advance card payment is accepted at the time of reservation.
What is the fee policy for children?
Infants are free of charge, and elementary school students and older are charged at the adult rate.
How many people can stay?
We can accommodate up to 10 people of elementary school age and older.
Are pets allowed?
We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed.
Is it possible to change the reservation details (date, number of people, etc.)?
No, it is not possible to change the details of your reservation.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel your reservation and reschedule it yourself.

About the Facility

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We regret that we are unable to accept luggage.
If I go a little early, can I still get in?
Please do not enter before check-in as our staff will be cleaning the room.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
We are sorry, but we do not have it available.
Is there a lights-out time?
We ask that lights be turned off at 22:00.
We prohibit the playing of musical instruments, karaoke, use of speakers, and other activities that may disturb people living in the vicinity. Please refrain from shouting or making noise at night.
How many cars can I park?
Parking will be available for up to 4 cars. No entry to the garden is allowed.
How should I keep track of my valuables?
Please take care of your valuables by yourself.
Please lock the front door.
Can I have a BBQ on a rainy day?
On rainy days, please use the Japanese hearth in your room.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Please feel free to use them as they are available.
I am in a wheelchair. Can I stay at the hotel if I have a disability?
Accommodation is available, but we ask for the cooperation of a chaperone as the house is an old private home in its original state.
Please note that there are no multi-functional toilets available.
Do you have loungewear?
Adult samue is available.
We do not have samue for children, so please bring your own on the day of the event.
Can I have fireworks?
Due to the threat of wildfires, the use of fireworks on the grounds is prohibited.

About Meals

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You may bring your own food and beverages. Please note that we are not responsible for food poisoning caused by bringing your own food and beverages.
Please note that cooking utensils that use fire (gas stove, smoke machine, etc.) are not allowed.
Can I purchase food and drinks at the facility?
Please note that the product will not be sold in the facility. Please purchase the product at a nearby facility.
Can I borrow cooking utensils to cook food I brought in?
Cooking utensils for cooking the food you bring are available in the kitchen for your use.
